वेज बिरयानी रेसिपी (Veg Biryani Recipe)
वैसे तो चावल को कितने ही तरीके से बनाया जाता है- जैसे जीरा राईस, पुलाव, सादा चावल आदि। लेकिन आज अब आप लोगों को वेज बिरयानी रेसिपी (Vegetable Biryani Recipe) बनाने का तरीका बताते हैं। इसे रायता, छोले या पनीर के साथ खाने में बड़ा ही स्वादिष्ट लगता है।
आवश्यक सामग्री:
बासमती चावल: 250 ग्राम
घीव:100 ग्राम
जीरा: आधा चम्मच
बड़ी इलाइची: 2 पीस
दालचीनी: छोटा टुकड़ा
लौंग: 4-5 पीस
गाजर: 2 पीस लम्बा और पतला बारीक़ कटा हुआ
मटर: 100 ग्राम छिला हुआ
फूलगोभी: 6-7 काटे हुए टुकड़े
शिमला मिर्च: 1 बारीक़ कटा हुआ
बिन्स: 50 ग्राम बारीक़ कटा हुआ
आलू: 2 पीस बारीक़ कटा हुआ
नमक: आधा चम्मच
बनाने की विधि:
चावल को किसी बड़े बर्तन में डालके 20 मिनट तक भिगो दें। प्रेशर कुकर को गैस पर रखके गर्म करें। दो चम्मच घी डालकर जीरा, बड़ी इलाइची, लौंग, दालचीनी डालकर तड़का दें। चावल को अच्छी तरह धोकर प्रेशर कुकर में डाल दें।
आधा चम्मच नमक डालें, आवश्यकता अनुसार पानी डालें ताकि चावल गीला न हो। एक गिलास चावल में डेढ़ गिलास पानी पड़ता है।
उसी अनुसार पानी डालकर 1 सीटी लगायें। अब कढ़ाई को गर्म करके उसमें घी डालें। फिर गाजर, मटर, गोभी, आलू, शिमला मिर्च, बीन्स सभी सब्जियों को अच्छी तरह तल लें।
कुकर का प्रेशर निकालकर तली हुयी सभी सब्जियां मिला लें। आपकी वेज बिरयानी तैयार है।
इसे यात्रा के दौरान भी खाने के लिए ले जाया जा सकता है। इसे रायता के साथ खाएं, बहुत स्वादिष्ट लगेगी।
